- Before opening a new topic or ask a question, do a search to verify that the subject has not already been processed.

- Be patient, if the answers are not affluent, do not post multiple messages in a row, it would be a flood (flooder is a person writing to repeat messages, mostly useless on a forum).

The sanctions:
For each member not complying with these rules, more or less severe sanctions will be taken.
The scale of sanctions works by tier
Ban_1 = 3 days
Ban_2 = 7 days
Ban_3 = 14 days
Ban_4 = 1 months
Ban_5 = 2 months
etc ...
In case of recidivism, the penalty is doubled each time. However, in case of good behavior for three months, you descend a level.
Example:
Mr. X has just served 14 days ban, it is already Ban4 the next time the rate is one month. But if he behaves well for 3 months from the end of his 14-day ban, he descends BAN3, and don't have 14 days to sanction when next misbehavior.
However, it is not impossible after consultation, moderators decide to weigh the penalty or that a ban Level 3 is placed right the first time according to the nature of the remarks.
